Frontier Energy is an international corporation involved in the development and implementation of applied technologies and advanced energy efficiency programs utilizing next-generation software and data analytics to achieve a carbon neutral economy.
Challenge
- The U.S. Department of Energy recognized that a major challenge to environmental sustainability centers on preparing a new generation of skilled heating and air conditioning technicians to replace the retirieng workforce. They recognized that women and underrepresented groups need to be included in the new workforce. With a grant from the U.S.D.E. , Frontier selected Learning Curved to innovate solutions in creating videos promoting careers in HVAC with especial appeal to women and underrepresented job seekers.
- Many potential HVAC tech candidates rely on social media as a primary source of information and inspiration. We were tasked with developing and executing a social media campaign utilizing selected excerpts for the video collection.
