W.I.N.T.E.R Non-profit Women In Non-Traditional Employment Roles
W.I.N.T.E.R.–Women in Non-Traditional Employment Roles is a non-profit organization based in Southern California that helps women enter and succeed in traditionally male-dominated trades and technical fields—often referred to as non-traditional employment.
Challenge
- WINTER need an innovative strategy to increase recruitment of women in the construction trades and elevate their organizations profile to enhance fund raising efforts. We were challenged to produce a series of emotionally engaging videos to highlight the impact of the organization’s training and job placement program.
- Some of WINTER’s target audience have limited access to broadband and digital media. We were challenged to create a series of print brochures to complement the video series and support the funding campaign.
- WINTER staff recognized that smart phones are often the primary tool for their clients . We were challenged to design and execute social media postings to promote WINTER , expand recruitment of participants and advance their fundraising campaign
